*** A $50 per person non-refundable/non-transferable reservation fee is required to secure your space, paid to the travel agent. There is a limited number of rooms available at this rate so it's first come, first serve. After that, the price is subject to change.

***A $250 deposit is required by the tour operator within 30- days of reserving the room.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation received prior to the arrival dates, charges apply as per the below. 

• 180 days prior to the arrival date a 10% fee will be assessed from the total amount  

• 90 days prior to the arrival date 100% charges apply from the total amount (i.e. non refundable)  

• No Show/Early departure full duration of the original booking will be charged
