Pricing Details & Terms:

$1485 price is per person, based on twin share (double occupancy).

***$725.00 single supplement. Triple and quad occupancy not available.

***Flights are not included in this price. Travel agent will assist with flights as needed

*** Travel protection insurance is not included but in highly recommended. See below.

*** A $50 per person non-refundable/non-transferable reservation fee is required to secure your space at the above rate; paid to the travel agent. There is a limited number of rooms available at this rate so it's first come, first serve. After that, the price is subject to change. The $50 will be credited towards your final bill.

***A $250 deposit is required by the tour operator within 90- days of reserving the rooms or no later than 02/04/2023.

***Full payment is due at the time of booking after June 4, 2023.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation received prior to the arrival dates, charges apply as per the below. 

• 180 days prior to the arrival date a 10% fee will be assessed from the total amount  

• 90 days prior to the arrival date 100% charges apply from the total amount (i.e. non refundable)  

• No Show/Early departure full duration of the original booking will be charged

INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS:

Goway Travel will accept installment payments on groups. Please note, any refunds of instalment payments that have been made over and above the non-refundable deposits will be subject to a $5.00 processing fee per $100 (e.g. a refund of $500 will be charged a $25 fee), a minimum charge of $5 will apply. This processing fee applies if the cancellation is made prior to the effective date of the penalty period for the group. Please review the terms and conditions for full details of these dates and charges.

INSURANCE:

It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becomes ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility. Based on Goway Travel’s current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance.

Insurance MUST be purchased within 7 days of individual client deposits or payments being made and only covers non-refundable client money held by Goway Travel. If the group cancels prior to final payment and supplier fees being applicable, due to the required minimum numbers not being reached, the premium is refundable providing no claim has been made. In all other cases the premium is non-refundable.

Rates: All rates are subject to reconfirmation at the time of the policy being purchased. We will be happy to quote current rates, however these are not guaranteed until the policy is purchased.

1. Goway Travel cannot sell insurance to clients who are non US or Canadian residents or if they reside in Quebec

2. Deluxe Plan cannot be sold to residents of the State of New York
