*** A $50 per person non-refundable/non-transferable reservation fee is required to hold your space at the above rate; paid to the travel agent.

*** $350 deposit per person to secure the reservation

*** There is a limited number of seats available on the motor coach so it's first come, first serve.

*** Full payment is required if booking within 150 days of departure.

*** Travel protection insurance is not included but in highly recommended. Travel agent will provide more details and pricing.

*** Final payment is due no later than 90 days from departure.

• 11 nights hotel accommodation as per itinerary based on double occupancy

• Daily breakfast, 5 lunches, 4 dinners

• Transportation on air-conditioned motorcoach with professional driver.

• Sightseeing and admissions as per the itinerary

• Local taxes on accommodation and sightseeing tours, based on current rates

• International flights into Bangkok and out of Chiang Mai (travel agent will assist with flights as needed)

• Meals unless listed in itinerary above

• Tips / Gratuities for tour guides and drivers

• Early check-in or late check out of rooms (standard check-in time is 3 pm and check out is 10 am)

• Travel protection insurance

• Changes in Government/local taxes

• Any future fuel surcharges on land arrangements or additional costs due to COVID rules

• Visa/passport handling fees if applicable
